These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jilix2 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers.
All players must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jilix2. This is a firm legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
jilix2 services are intended for players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted under these Terms.
Each natural person may hold only one jilix2 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

1.2 These Terms apply to all services offered by jilix2, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, fish arcade games, bingo rooms, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and all associated financial transaction services.
1.3 These Terms should be read together with the jilix2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and jilix2. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.4 jilix2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on jilix2.club. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any jilix2 service. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR and reflects the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines. jilix2 strictly enforces this requirement.
Important: Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes fraud. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR directives on underage gambling.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The jilix2 Platform is designed and licensed for use by players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your specific location. You agree not to access jilix2 from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or restricted.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. You confirm that you are not under any legal incapacity, court-ordered restriction, or other disability that would prevent you from entering into or performing this agreement.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether initiated by yourself via jilix2's responsible gaming tools or by any regulatory authority — at the time of registration or continued use of the Platform.
2.5 Employee Restrictions. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of jilix2, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from registering as players or participating in any gambling activity on the Platform, except with the express prior written consent of jilix2 management.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each person may register only one (1) account on jilix2. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jilix2 employs technical, documentary, and behavioural detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, and residential address. jilix2 is not liable for errors or losses caused by inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jilix2 is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and PAGCOR regulations. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents for Philippine players include:
3.4 jilix2 may, at its discretion, request additional verification documents at any time — including but not limited to proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence materials. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.
3.5 Account Transferability. jilix2 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any interests therein to any third party.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilix2 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 jilix2 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilix2 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify jilix2 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Until such notification is received and acted upon, jilix2 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.
4.4 All transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party gaining access to your account — are your sole responsibility unless the unauthorized access resulted directly from a security failure attributable to jilix2.
5.1 jilix2 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may be updated from time to time without advance notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilix2 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, enhanced verification may be required for large single transactions in accordance with AML obligations.
5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. jilix2 prohibits deposits from funds obtained through illegal means. Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
5.4 Deposit Finality. Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. jilix2 is not liable for deposits made to incorrect accounts or from payment methods not registered to the account holder. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
Note for Filipino Players: GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your jilix2 balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet typically take 5–30 minutes. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take up to 30 minutes. Delays beyond these periods should be reported to jilix2 support with your transaction reference number.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is completed.
6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's deposit, where technically feasible. jilix2 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals to alternative verified Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets registered to the account holder.
6.4 Processing Times. Verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during maintenance periods, high-volume periods, or for accounts flagged for additional review.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. jilix2 does not charge standard withdrawal fees on amounts processed to GCash or Maya for verified accounts. Transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside jilix2's control and may apply.
6.6 Wagering Requirement Compliance. Withdrawal of funds subject to active wagering requirements is restricted until those requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
7.1 jilix2 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be completed through eligible gameplay before the bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed in full on each promotional offer page before the Player opts in.
7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible registered jilix2 players. A Player may not claim the same promotional offer more than once unless explicitly stated. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
7.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms. Playing a game with 0% contribution does not advance your wagering requirement progress.
7.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the promotional period, and bonus balances that are not wagered before expiry, will automatically be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
7.6 jilix2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect obligations already accepted by Players who have validly opted into the promotion.
8.1 All games available on jilix2 operate according to individually published rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of wagered amounts.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on jilix2 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect verified audit data, not estimates.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers in controlled studio environments. Results are determined by physical randomness — real card shoes, roulette wheels, and dice — subject to oversight and cannot be influenced by jilix2 or any player.
8.4 Technical Malfunction. The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilix2. Breach of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any jilix2 content.
11.3 The jilix2 name, logo, and branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of the jilix2 operating entity. You may not use jilix2 trademarks for any commercial purpose, affiliate marketing, or user acquisition activity without express prior written authorisation.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.
12.2 jilix2's total cumulative liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jilix2 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. jilix2 is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures (including payment provider outages), telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilix2's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 jilix2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without advance notice — in any of the following circumstances:
13.2 Voluntary Closure. You may close your jilix2 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-restricted funds) will be refunded to your verified Philippine payment method following standard KYC and AML checks.
13.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated inactive. jilix2 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using registered contact details before any administrative fee is applied to inactive balances, in accordance with applicable Philippine financial regulations.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, jilix2 encourages Players to first raise any dispute with jilix2 support to allow for good-faith resolution. jilix2 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 14 business days of receipt.
15.1 jilix2 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments that are materially adverse to Players' rights will be communicated via notice on the jilix2 website, email notification to registered accounts, or in-platform notification, at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect where operationally feasible.
15.2 Minor, clarificatory, or administrative amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
15.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using jilix2 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
