  • Payment processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other Philippine payment providers receive transaction-level data necessary to execute deposits and withdrawals.
  • KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services engaged to verify the authenticity of identity documents submitted during KYC — receiving document images and personal data on a need-to-know basis.
  • AML screening services: Providers of watchlist and politically exposed persons (PEP) screening services, receiving identifying data for compliance screening.

6.2  All third-party processors engaged by jilix2 are subject to contractual obligations requiring them to implement appropriate data protection measures, process personal data only on jilix2's documented instructions, and comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Data Retention

9.1  jilix2 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. The following general retention periods apply:

  • Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account relationship with jilix2 and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure — in accordance with PAGCOR recordkeeping requirements and Philippine AML obligations under RA 9160.
  • KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, consistent with AMLC and PAGCOR compliance requirements.
  • Transaction records: All deposit and withdrawal transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the transaction date.
  • Gameplay records: Session and gameplay logs are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution, regulatory, and responsible gaming purposes.
  • Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the final communication in each case, or longer if the matter remains subject to a legal dispute.
  • Marketing preference records: Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure that withdrawn marketing consent is honoured in perpetuity.

9.2  Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be associated with a specific individual. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes without time limitation.

10.1  jilix2 primarily processes and stores personal data of Philippine players within data centres operating under Philippine jurisdiction. However, some third-party service providers engaged by jilix2 — such as cloud infrastructure providers or KYC technology vendors — may process personal data in data centres located outside the Philippines.

10.2  Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jilix2 ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect the transferred data, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations on cross-border data transfers. Such safeguards may include:

  • Standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission or recognised equivalent data protection authorities
  • Transfers to countries recognised by the NPC as providing an adequate level of data protection
  • Binding corporate rules or equivalent intra-group transfer agreements where applicable

10.3  Players may request information about the specific safeguards in place for any international transfer of their personal data by contacting the jilix2 DPO as described in Section 15.

11.1  As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jilix2 players have the following rights with respect to their personal data. These rights are enforceable and jilix2 will respond to valid requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt:

Include your registered email address or mobile number, your full name, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. jilix2 may require identity verification before processing any rights request.

Important: Certain rights — particularly erasure and restriction — may be limited where jilix2 is required to retain your data by law (for example, AML transaction records under RA 9160, or PAGCOR regulatory recordkeeping obligations). In such cases, jilix2 will explain the limitation that applies to your specific request.

Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

12.1  jilix2 services are strictly restricted to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. jilix2 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

12.2  Age verification is conducted during account registration and reinforced through KYC document review at first withdrawal. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR underage gambling protocols, and the account holder's parent or guardian may be notified where required by law.

12.3  If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 has registered on jilix2, please contact jilix2 support immediately so that the account can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Marketing Communications

13.1  With your consent, jilix2 may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, special offers, and other platform news via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number, or via email to your registered address.

13.2  You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:

  • Updating your notification preferences in your jilix2 account settings (Settings → Notifications → Marketing)
  • Replying "STOP" to any promotional SMS received from jilix2
  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email from jilix2
  • Contacting jilix2 support at [email protected] to request removal from all marketing lists

13.3  Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to the withdrawal, and does not affect transactional or account-related communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts — which jilix2 sends as part of the service regardless of marketing preferences.

13.4  jilix2 applies responsible gaming principles to its marketing activities. Players who have activated self-exclusion or cooling-off periods, or who have requested removal from jilix2's marketing lists on responsible gaming grounds, will not receive any promotional communications during the exclusion period.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

14.3  The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of jilix2 following the effective date of any Policy amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
